I've been getting lots of action on  my ACM letter--from everyone but
ACM.  Responses  from Bruce Anderson, Bob Tennent, and Balint Domolki
were sufficiently similar  that I  have formulated a  reply to  their
mutual  complaint on  RESPON.TO[P,JRA].  Read and/or  comment if  you
like. 

It's  a good thing  I don't  have to fulfull  my promise of  a set of
bound notes from San Jose  State.  The class enrollment  has balloned
from 26 to 40+. The bookstore printed 35 copies. humm??!!  Who says
LISP is dead!!!!
